To become an effective teacher, one must be knowledgeable and resourceful. Students often look up to the instructors for guidance. They gain intellectual growth as they learn from teachers.
Moreover, I have often viewed the teacher-student relationship as a strenuous hike. Teachers cannot learn for students; however, they can actively contribute to their learning. As students (hikers) tackle the steep hill, teachers must provide the necessary resources (backpack) for them to achieve their learning objectives.
I wish to be resourceful to my students at all times.
